Most of us have a hard time whittling down the possessions we accumulated all throughout our childrearing years in our family home. My friend Pam Lamp has a terrific article about this topic on her website, whoimettoday.com. I appreciate the process Pam went through to declutter her home, and consequently, her life. I especially liked her comment, “I learned letting go of objects, like attitudes or thoughts, can feel good. But it’s hard to release your entire life all at once.” She also says she and her husband have felt more relaxed in their small condo with “less” around them. I think you’ll enjoy Pam’s article, Downsizing and Letting Go of Stuff
